This blog wil not have any more entries - you may look at it as a window to the year I was a goCY intern in Bangladesh. There are a lot of dear memories in here that I want to keep, and I am still very into Bangladesh. (13.11.10)

In the beginning of June the "Banglabod" (meaning Bangla shop) that Buskerud KFUK-KFUM took a little trip. Alex and I were standing in a trade fair at Lampeland the whole day in the baking sun selling table cloths, dots-on-the-forhead and little angels. It was nice! And we earned almost 2000 NOK for YWCA of Bangladesh, too - yay.

To hvite bruder.

Angela, Shirleen and I went windowshopping at Agape in Oslo. They got to try on a wedding dress each, and I got to play wedding photographer! I put some of the pictures on my "new", Norwegian blog: one entry with Angela, and one with Shirleen.

Friday 5th of June was the day Angela and Shirleen from YWCA of Bangladesh finally arrived late in the evening in Norway. They made it just in time for the second and last day of the Youth Climate Summit in Oslo, and after the summit was finished we went for a little walk in the city center. Sunday was spent partly checking out Akershus festning and partly in the Norwegian Technical Museum (I'll write more about that, and also the summit, later on..). Finally I can speak some Bangla again! The last four girls are arriving in just a few days. I can't wait to meet them again (Mou, Diana, Yashika and Khuki).
